* Earlier and easier colonization than any other species
* Missiles, offensive and defensive, including a special bionic missile which kills all zeks on a Xen planet
* Special recycling yard, which automatically harvests fields of debris in orbit and can recycle ships for most of the resources back

4) TIPS AND TRICKS
4A: RAIDING UN-OCCUPIED PLANETS
First of all something that really got on my nerves is some browsers for some reason you can't raid unoccupid planets which beleave me is a real big pain. So if you come up with an error go download another browsers..
Firefox,google chrome whatver it is because beleave me it is really worth it.
First of all your going to need a unit to attack planets with it doesn't too much matter what it is For terrans its fighters ( at the beggining ) or you can use recyclers im not too sure on names for other species sorry guys. This in my opinion right now is one of the best ways to get resources not alot of people know about it. Which is great :]
Second you need to pick what unoccupied planet to attack now there are different type of planets that hold more resources.
Desert planets = Lots and lots of crystals
Aquatic planets = Deuterium for terrans and for titans your fuel dunno name lol
Gas giants = DO NOT ATTACK you will lose your whole fleet!
Ice planets = Good for every resource
Volcanic planet = Metal and lots of it
So basically if you are looking for a certain resource this is the list of them all now you may be wondering how many resources u can get? Well for me it varies there is no "set amount yet" Ive gotten anywhere ranging from 100 metal - 9000 metal Now knowing this if you are a terran ( not sure on other species) sending a fleet of 200 fighters is all you really need.
now it takes about 2-3 days for a planet to fill up on resources again so get into a routine on planets Very Happy if you have any questions or anything feel free to ask me ive had days where i get 50K+ of every resource Razz and to me this is the BEST way right now if your good at it :]

4B: TIPS FOR BEGINNERS
Some helpful advice for new players:
* You are required to build a power plant for one of the quests, but after that don't upgrade it on your home planet. The AEC provides a lot more energy for a lot less cost. Only use the power plant when you start settling other planets.
* Get to know your neighbors. Try sending them a message to say hi. If you make friends with your neighbors, you may end up with very close trade partners and quick support if you need help.

Hi, I'm new here and I'd like to know: you're saying it is possible to raid un-occupied planets to collect resources (that I didn't know) and that all we need is 200 fighters (is that the Terrans' first ship?), but does it work with transporters as well? (since an un-occupied planet has no defence)

You can attack an unoccupied planet with any ship that has cargo space and expect to retrieve some resources from that planet. the more frequently you attack the same unoccupied planet the fewer the resources you will get from each attack.
