As you can see from my home world the most EP is going to come from your Building yard, Embassy, and your AEC

CP is basically the same as your EP
you can use your QI units to help speed up the process but the more EP you make the faster ur CP goes up and the more population you gain

ok but if you have QI Units
DO NOT use them for expansion points, use them for research points.
